At a very young age \u00a0I knew that I wanted to be a chef.It was all I ever wanted to be.<\/p>\n
At the age of 15 started working as a kitchen hand while at high school and have been hooked ever since. There have been times of \u00a0going away from the industry and recharging and coming back renewed.<\/p>\n
One of the things I always wanted to do was be a pastry chef right from being a tiny tot standing on a chair helping my mum to bake. I have acheived that dream now and have my own little business as custom baker. Its a small business which lets my creative side come out.<\/p>\n
I have a lovely husband who is \u00a0my rock and describes himself as chief taster ,webmaster and voice of reason \ud83d\ude42 <\/p>\n
I also am a caterer at a local bowling club and would love to do more in the way of catering.<\/p>\n
I have a regular stall at a local farmers market and established a good customer base.
