At a very young age I knew that I wanted to be a chef.It was all I ever wanted to be.
At the age of 15 started working as a kitchen hand while at high school and have been hooked ever since. There have been times of going away from the industry and recharging and coming back renewed.
One of the things I always wanted to do was be a pastry chef right from being a tiny tot standing on a chair helping my mum to bake. I have acheived that dream now and have my own little business as custom baker. Its a small business which lets my creative side come out.
I have a lovely husband who is my rock and describes himself as chief taster ,webmaster and voice of reason 🙂
I also am a caterer at a local bowling club and would love to do more in the way of catering.
I have a regular stall at a local farmers market and established a good customer base.
